Some say you have to wait some days, use the forums, ... other says you have to write to the support.
So, well, just do both and be patient ... probably.

Good luck on the rags. Seems waiting is the best, most consistent option. I had an account long ago but lost the credentials. I recall never posting to the forums but the tags unlocked after several days.
