ummm...a couple months overdo, but just introducing myself! I'm Simone, and I work on magazines.

Fav anime/films from the top of my head; Card Captor Sakura, Kaiba, Watamote, Alien 9,Yuri Kuma Arashi, NGEvangelion, Madoka Magica, K-ON!, Azumanga Daioh, Paranoia Agent, Serial Experiments Lain, Princess Jellyfish, Cat Soup, Mind Game, Unico, Metropolis. Starting to get into Show By Rock and Gatchaman Crowds, and it think they will both make my fav list. I uh...I'm behind on new anime... (⁄ ⁄†¢â„ω⁄†¢â„ ⁄)⁄ plz reccomend me some...

I like monsters, anthro and kemonomimi, slime and guro and stuff.

I'm an illustrator on semi-hiatus, but maybe I'll share some art one day...keep an eye out!

Like your taste in anime and genres. I'm also starting to watch Gatchaman Crowds atm so woot! I'd maybe suggest Ergo Proxy, Space Dandy, Utawareumono, Steins;Gate, Madoka Magicka, Gskkou gurashi, C (money of control and possibly). If I come up with more I'll suggest them. Hope you enjoy it here (^^)/

Well, if you enjoyed Metropolis and Serial Experiments Lain (Near the top of my fav list) you'd probably also enjoy Texhnolyze and Habane Remnei, maybe Mushishi, Psycho Pass and Welcome to the NHK as well; they all deal with existentialism at some point or another and, in my opinion, are some of the best titles out there.

I also highly recommend checking out Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou (Daily Lives of Highschool Boys) as well if you enjoyed Azumanga Daioh, it's on par for most people and I personally think it's better.

As for films, I recently watched Patema Inverted which has some interesting concepts and some time ago Psychic School Wars, which has some of the most beautiful animation and scenery porn I've seen.

Also, I noticed you listed CCS first and that was my cherry popper anime, grew up watching it as a kid and I love it to death, so kudos to you.
