reputation points and video subtitles

Hi, Im looking through the videos and see that most are in japanese subtitles. Why are they in japanese subtitles when the language is already in japanese? Are we going to see anymore english?
Also, how do you get more reputation points?

The subtitles are probably in Japanese to make it easier to translate. As for the rep points:
1. You can only give away one a day to anyone except for yourself.
2. You get them by doing something good for the community such as:
1.Uploading images, doujins, manga, etc.
2.Helping someone out.
3.Other good deeds.
3. Jacob said that he will probably make a use for the points so start helping out so you can get some.
