Hello to you mighty person who's reading this.
I've been on FAKKU! for a while and the community always seemed to appeal to me. Which is rare, because every experience I got in an anglophone community always seemed to not turn right ;-;
But maybe because this is literally a fapping (and shlicking) community, maybe it'll be for the best..!
So, to introduce myself properly, my name is Emilie. I'm a young woman living in Canada, born chinese and adopted FYI.
I've been looking at animes, video games and hentai since... mostly forever and a LOT of roleplay.
I'm very picky on my animes, since I've been looking at them for so long, and I mostly love how the "camera" angles are -that's sort of my kink in... well, everything- (for example Attack on Titan's opening just blew my mind and the water bottle in Free! trailer)
Here are some of my favorite mangas/animes/visual novel:
For seriousness: Ever17 -The Out of Inifinity-, Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLES (how come there's no vanilla hentai about Shaolan and Sakura...), xxxHOLiC, FullMetal Alchemist, Wolf's Rain, Digimon (yes you heard me), Hell Girl, Strawberry Panic etc.
For fun and not-so seriousness (my favorite type): School Rumble, Girls Bravo, Negima (MANGA), Working!!, Squid Girl, Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi, Lucky Star, etc.
(and my favorite characters are mostly adorkable ones with horrible luck like Suzaku Kururugi -in a sense- from Code Geass, Furuichi from Beelzebub, Yosuke from Persona, Nara from School Rumble etc.)
Yuri and Yaoi? Love them both, but I'm sad that Yuri doesn't have as much of variety as yaoi, always being the "one-chan" type -for the best yuri I'm saying- or the always superextrainbelievably idiotic heroine. Fortunately, Pretty Cure is here for me! x')

But that's a really awesome bunch of favorites! I especially love Lollipop Chainsaw and Infamous. Would you by any chance of played Persona 4 Arena? (Never played 3 so the story confuses me =/)
And yes, I liked the ending too. Apart from that garbage 4th bonus ending!

I also love Yukiko but what always bugs me is that I have a friend who is EXACTLY LIKE HER REALLY. She has the same body shape, face -she's corean-, hairstyle and she ALWAYS laugh for the most "basic" stuff, which always makes us say "Here she goes again...". So she basically cracks me up each time since everything -even her lifestyle- is the same as her. x')
Hiimdaisy Persona 4 Comic Videos? I'm actually waiting for my friends to finish the game, then we'll look together at the anime and those ;)

I always had a love/hate relationship with fighting game, since I love the gameplay and characters most of the time but knowing lots of combos and killing my thumbs to reach that extra level is sooo frustrating to me D: *imlazysoisticktomostbasicintermediatecombos*

Yup I played Persona 4 Arena A LOT. My boyfriend and I always play together and we're too much on equal level and we rage at each other ~ :3 (my main is Elizabeth -I love mages- and his is Mitsuru)
Neptunia always intrigued me I guess I'll look at it then since I also like games that are sometimes badly reviewed x'D

I actually watch those videos before I brought Persona 4 and again after I played it and you're right in not watching them yet because it was much much funnier when I watched them again after playing the game.
I absolute love femdom, yuri, and mizugi myself as well. Some of my favorite stuff right there.
Well at least you aren't playing fighting games back in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s when fighting games didn't give you much to go on and had very sharp learning curves unlike today where fighting games are much more accessible. Just going at it eventually you'll hit that next level that you want to achieve. It's all about practice, experience, patience for a beginner.
