Mixed Up Order

I ordered two different bundles of books earlier this year and they just recently got to me since they both had pre-orders in them. I just now checked the contents of the packages and while one of them was right, the other package must have been someone else's. Two of the books in there were ones that I ordered and one of them was a copy of a book that I had ordered in the OTHER package while my pre-orders in this apparently mixed up package were nowhere to be seen. I've contacted support to see if I can get my original order shipped to me and I hope I get a response quickly, because I spent a nice chunk on these books, but I'm curious, has this happened to anyone else here?

It's been a little over a week now and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Should I submit another ticket or something?
