Question about ordering figures with deadlines

0
I recently received a notice regarding the Aoi Nanami figure from Native. That there was an error in the system and it wasn't ordered until after the cutoff date. I'm concerned because most of the adult figures from companies like Native and Skytube have preorder deadlines and are produced in limited quantities.

I also ordered the Anayama Mei figure from Native through Fakku and can confirm that I placed the order before the deadline. The figure was released in August, and have no idea now if I'm going to have the same issue. I've been told that Fakku has the figures shipped by sea which is why it takes a while for them to arrive, but I'd at least like to know they're actually coming eventually.

You shouldn't have any issues receiving Anayama Mei from us. The issue with the Aoi Nanami figure was a complete fluke error that shouldn't happen again. I just checked our orders with our distributor and we do indeed have orders for Anayama Mei.

It can take a bit of time sometimes to get figures as a US seller. Typically when you see people posting that they got theirs already they either order directly from a company like Native, or they purchased through a Japanese vendor like amiami, and paid for EMS (1-3 day) shipping. Japanese vendors tend to get the first production batch. The US vendors typically get the 2nd batch, but they first have to wait until it arrives to the distributor who packages up the orders they placed with them. Then they pallet it up and send it to us, then we go through it and start processing orders for shipment.
