hello.
i have fallen back in to my routine of going into bed after midnight, as i am also someone that can not fall asleep straight away and do like to listen to some music, i do not tend to fall asleep until like 3am and then be a wake around 8 am or the days i need to be in the office, around 7:30.
luckily the days i am working from home, i can stay in bed until around 9 am.
as in work we use MS Teams and when i work from home, i can open up notepad, and use a clothes peg to clap down one of the arrow keys, which stops team showing me as a way and i look online and can to go back into bed a lay down for a bit more.
do need to stop this habit.
