Okaay... it got genuine Win 7 Ultimate, Win XP SP3, and Redhat.
so, what do you think? will that make my laptop dies faster?

Are you using virtual machine? Or you choose which OS you want to run in boot? Also didn't Windows 7 got XP mode, especially the ultimate version? I think that can help to run older applications, but I don't really know about the compatibility since I'm not yet to try using Win 7.

Almost forgot... More than one OS in one HDD, even if it's installed on different partition are not really recommended.

and here's the reason why it becomes like this :1st : it's original OS is win 7 ultimate. i dun wanna uninstal it dude..
2nd : lately, i've been busy with my video editing that make me don't use that laptop often. my lil' brother then use it. well, win 7 can't run old games well, it often crashes, so then, my bro installed win XP on it.
3rd : and here comes my mom. her office use redhat, and she's not familiar with win 7 interface, so, i installed redhat on it.
Tell them to get their own computers?

Sorry for my vague post, that's ignorant and bad choice of words from me.
There's a case of windows vista fails to boot because GRUB loader was not erased after uninstall previous redhat linux that installed in same machine.
Seeing he got a redhat installed, I posted that; I'm aware that my post can be misleading and apologizes for that.

Well.. that was not not really a valid argument for your claim, but at least we do agree, in a round-about way, that multi-boot is okay.
Though you should of cause always be careful when messing with the bootloader, which ever one you may prefer.
