Sure. Happens all the time to me, after getting majorly drunk and smoking some shit to upgrade the experience.
On a more serious note though - while I tend to believe in souls and shit (mainly as a factor clearly separating us from all them apes and other pandas), I'll never buy this. You get all sorts of delusions in close-to-death situations (or after wasting yourself properly) and the experience is probably strengthened with your mind trying to make some sense once again and connecting back to reality.

Uhh..is it the same as when one leaves a certain amount of energy in one place making it seem that your there...if so then i have a lot of experience such as that because when i was in highschool my classmates labeled me as a ghost for some reason I don't know why but they say that I teleport or some thing like that and my mom said to me I leave a lot of energy in places I stay in for a long period of time is that astral projection that you were talking about?

Astral projection is when your spirit leaves your body (but you don't die), and your spirit can move around and go to different places and look at shit.
I'm not sure if I believe in astral projection. I'm really on the fence. On one hand, it seems like the easier thing to prove, but I've never seen any conclusive proof of it. On the other hand, I once had an experience where I was talking to a girl on the phone, and she astral projected to my house (after I gave her directions), and then came back on the phone and told me the exact position of my body. That didn't make me a certified believer, because she could have somehow maybe guessed right, but it does make me keep an open mind, to this day, because it could be proof.

I hate the word XD
Me, my mind goes to different places too often I hated it. But I really know I'm on my place. It's like recollection including places but visualizes it with good detail.

it happen to me as well i was watching TV on the living room suddenly i felt sleepy after that i saw myself on floor sleeping after seeing myself sleeping on the floor somehow i wonder if am i dreaming or this is happning am i dead (so many things rushing to my mind ) then i woke up in exact position i saw is it just a coincidence or what?

There was one time I had at least the beginnings of an OBE. While I was meditating in high school due to the teacher's instructions, I realized that despite my eyes being closed, I was staring at the ceiling. The only issue was moving around in that state.
