i suck at drawing but i still like to draw(been drawing for 4 years)... i find that my copying skills are better than my original drawing skills, so i gotta work on that... i'm not the greatest artist ever, in fact, i'm VERY rough around the edges... so i can already expect criticism... if possible (if you're going to criticise) please no flaming... (i know... i've got lots to learn... proportion, shape, color, shading, etcetera etcetera...) Zeckos is my drawing idol! he's got a deviantart and youtube(zkos)
Gaiaonline tektek avii sample(the moon sucked and she's not wearing shoes i know.. i was completely focused on the outfit above that i forgot about the shoes...)
Spoiler:
Fairy i drew for someone on yahoo answers who wanted a reference to use to show the tattoo artist(her right arm sucks i know T_T)
Spoiler:
Sode no Shirayuki (filmed when i was editing)
Spoiler:
the description i said to read at the beginning of the video:
DISCLAIMER: *I DO NOT OWN THE SONGS, THEY BELONG TO THE ARTIST AND BLAH BLAH BLAH, same goes for the anime character...*
1st song: Shoudou-Pigstar
2nd song: Shoujo S-Scandal
*my first drawing video ^_^*
i started recording it with my camera when i was editing and re-shading... it's Rukia's zanpakuto, Sode no Shirayuki's original form. from the anime, Bleach...i am very glad i did her, because she's a very beautiful zanpakuto in her original form. i had lots of little mistakes(like the green sash or the top of her hair or her eyes) but i think i did very well on my first try of drawing her... it took me a long time to draw her because i had first art contest video jitters XD and it was my first time uploading a vid of one of my drawings ;D
the original picture is one i found on... deviantart... i think? http://chaos-angel142.deviantart.com/... well anyway, i'm giving credit to Chaos-Angel142 for having a Sode no Shirayuki picture i could use ^_^ also, props to Tenshi on Yahoo Answers for finding the picture for me ;D
Hey thats nice! well atleast that your honest with yourself
but dont worry bout it, everybody starts being a novice..
If your really inspired by someone or you are really interested
in drawings, then it will just be a matter of time for you to
draw more awesome drawings ;]
Remember that "there is always a room for improvement and practice
makes perfect"
Hope that this one will make you more cheerful and be more serious
with your arts. Well if I have time, I can put some drawing tutorials then ^^
If this is Average, then what I am? A novice? This is pretty good. I've been drawing 2-3 years (Manga) and I still can't really draw anything besides Heads/Faces/Portraits
It'd be nice to see an actual video of you drawing the picture.
'cause all I saw was you touching up a picture and not drawing.
PS: Copying someone's work just makes you seem like you have no originality. And I'm just saying this because that's what it is, taking someone else's work and copying it, saying you took the time to draw it.

un, i know. my creativity isn't exactly... uh.. how do i say this? hmm... i only begin to get creative, once i see an extremely good drawing... somewhat of a motivational drawing? like i said in my first post, i need to work on my original drawings a lot. i have lots of original drawings in my sketchbook but i need to edit them. i rarely get into a creative mood... i suddenly feel weird and then just randomly draw... i guess you can call that my creativity?
Original works... Tami from my own manga(i'm thinking of making) "Black Sakura" (it's one of those fantasy manga and the main character is in a different world, blah blah blah...)

Spoiler:
monkey
Spoiler:
Momo (character i'm thinking of making a oneshot for)
That monkey is awesome, not sure if this site would help you because it's all digital (done in photoshop) idrawgirls.com I really really recommend that site, it has helped so much and he has a lot of video tutorials (200+) even though it's digital, it should still be doable with the pencil.
sorry for the double post ^_^; but anyway, i only drew half of the host club, 'cause i didn't get a chance to finish drawing them. maybe i should sometime?
