I'm so sorry......... i just confuse. in the competition you have only a 30 min time to cook you're dish ( Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert ) except time of "minced and Plus" so I have an Idea to my dish simple but elegant. so my main dish is Baked Salmon fish with basil lemon... so on.
So i don't know what Sauce i use in fish... I just want a simple dish but the Sauce is so very tasty and it will
compliment the combination of the color of salmon fish....

Erm, did you mean, you want a type sauce that has the kind of contrasting colour and texture (aesthetic appeal and presentation), as well as, the best flavour to accentuate the sweetness of salmon? Or just for any other kind of fish? Have you really decided on what type of meat to prepare or just toying with the idea about using fish because it cooks quickly? (agrees on fish as a best choice for simplicity and cooking convenience, granted the 30mins cooking time) [lost]

I still don't get what you mean :p Nevertheless, try to formulate what it is that you wished to ask ... and I'm certain our Fakkuzas would help. It will be great if you could give our pros an insight to the whole course meal that you intend to prepare for that eventful day. In the meantime, get some rest...
