Why, in American cartoons, are little boys allowed to be naked or be able to walk around in underwear but girls can't?

if you watch the history channel women arent censored there, but the subject is about cartoons, and im not sure why(in the sense i dont know why boys go uncensored). but the history channel is the only channel where vaginas are totally uncensored.

Yeah, America sure is repressed when it comes to sexuality. We just have shows like Sex in the City, Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy that say that casual sex is perfectly fine, popular magazines like Playboy that everyone knows about, and tons of images of hot women in advertisements and in movies.

America may not show boobs on TV, but we're not really repressed. Almost no one in America thinks sex is bad, at least when it comes to adults. We may be overprotective of our kids, but there are all sorts of reasons for that, none of which involve us being sexually repressed. Mostly they involve the news and being afraid.

Its because the US was founded on Judeo-Christian values, and no offense to anyone who believes in any of the Judeo-Christian faiths, but they don't exactly have a clean record when it comes to little boys.

It's the opposite when it comes to real life movies. It's not uncommon for some titty shots, or even sometimes a crotch shot. But you'd never see a guys package on film (that's not porn) but you might see his butt.

There was ONE movie I watched where it showed the guys penis. I don't even remember what it was called but it was by some cars and he came out running. I think it was an independent film.

You are referencing the VERY funny movie 'Sideways' Thomas Haden Church's character has just hooked up with somebody's wife and got caught and her husband who had come home for some loving had decided to 'surprise' his wife by wandering in naked and then chased Church's character nude out into the streets.
