Copyright protection: Can I use this later?

I'm putting together a graphic novel. (generally irrelevant, but the driving reason, still)
I'm a little worried about online rights.
For now, I am going entirely non-profit, distributing online, and rejecting the impulse to attempt to get it professionally published.
But, after a bit, I want to open a coffee shop, and sell printed copies.

Does any-one know if there is a CC license which could keep me from violating myself, while letting the internet still smell the goods?

Should I have posted a picture to accompany?

I'm not (very not) sure about this, but I believe that if you own the copyright on a work then you can publish it separately under multiple licenses. For instance you could release it now under CC-BY-NC-SA, and then later sell copies with the full copyright intact (though the earlier free ones would be still available, due to the power of Internet, with their CC status still valid). Alternatively, if you are comfortable with the prospect of someone else selling your GN in a print form, then you could simply release it as CC-BY-SA, including your printed releases.

Again, I am no lawyer or anything of the sort. I am only taking the dual-license idea from noting that a lot of software gets dual-(or tri-)licensed, for example Firefox.
