errors installing choas;head game on vista

i am having problem installing the chaos;head game.
i downloaded the game and the patch un rar them and somehow installed the game.
however when i press play it comes up with some error in a gibrish language.
can someone help me plz?

is it because you didnt change your Regional Settings?

(Windows)
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Japanese
then run it and see if it works, wait. did you mount them? (if they were in parts)

what do you mean by mount them? and the reginal settings didnt make a difference

when you download all the parts, you need to put them all together. o-o

edit: i know there are others but i recommend DaemonTools.

You could install Applocale to handle the language for certain programs better than just generic regional settings.

when you mean parts you mean after i have un rar them right?
