Figure release dates

I'm somewhat new to the Figure scene, so pardon me for asking if this is common knowledge.

I recently ordered this figure, however it has a Feb. release date. Does this always mean the end of the month, or does the actual release date differ?

It pretty much answers your Questions. Well i Don`t think that Figure Release Dates are any different to Game/Manga... Release Dates. Which means, they will be released when they are released ^^
For you this means, the Figure can be released on the 1. Feb, but also at the 28. Feb. And if you are unlucky even in March, or later.

That's what I thought, I was hoping there would be some kind of universal monthly release date or something.
