Middle finger seems silly when you think about it's orgin. Besides that I'd do it double handed with my arms in the air.

hmm i only use the finger if someone is far away or i carnt swear at that moment in time

I don't use the finger anymore. It's ineffective and especially after seeing all these kids doing it it seems immature. So I just make my fury audible.
