[Help] LDR Long distance relationship |:

hello fellow member with the same kind of relationship i'm having..
first off, love to different people can mean different things, usually its wanting to care for the person, to want to live your life with her, to be with her no matter what..

I've also had that thought, i know we can be together, but sometimes its really hard.. in a LDR, the most essential thing you must have between the 2 of you is trust, without trust, the relationship will crumble very easily..

does she really love you? onli you and time can tell, and of course you need to TRUST her..
keeping her entertained might be a little difficult as you arent physically there to be with her, but the mental bonds that you form will be much greater than the average relationship. anndd.. lastly, this all depends on how far you live away from her..

personally i have an ocean between me and my loved one and we keep constant contact, taking time just to be with each other. trust me, this wont be easy, sometimes you just feel like you wanna give up, but i believe if you keep pushing through the hardships, in the end its worth it.. even im still pushing =DD

You can't tell if a person loves you over the internet. It's impossible. Hell, it's hard to tell if someone loves you in person. It's not about what the person says, but how they act. Lies easily come out of the mouth, but subconscious body language always tells the truth.

As for what to talk about, if all you guys discuss is how you'll act and what you'll do when you meet, the prognosis looks bad. You need to be able to have good conversations, about things you two enjoy. Even if you're right next to each other, the relationship won't work if you have nothing to say to each other, and distance is no excuse for not having anything to talk about.

Have I told you that you're a genius lately? This is pretty much everything I was thinking of saying.

Reminds me of my teen years, ah the memories. I had one with a girl when I was about 15. I told her I'd go see her as well. But as all LDR, it doesn't work.
But we're still 'friends.'

I think that's a problem.
I have been break up with my girlfriend, and the problem is distance.

The story of my love is exactly like at Bakuman (manga).
We decide to strive for our dream, and that make us busy all the time. I don't want to end it, but It's ended. Weirdly, i don't feel sad at all.

Lastly what i want to say, I hope Bakuman's story not going to be ended just like mine.

LDR are always challenging and most of them don't work out, it depends on the trust and communication levels you have with each other. I've been in one since August of 06, luck would have it that we're meeting a second time for our 3 year anni =w=

The only time a long distance relationship has any real chance is if you met in person and circumstances separated you somehow.
If you have never met her, it is an exercise is frustration and futility.
