Help Me ?

Emm trying something new here i was trying to learn to make animated avatar but well just see my avatar then you will know so anyone out there plz onegai teach me if u know, ah i also wanna learn how to use photoshop too so any pros out there plz help me or teach me thank you.

there are tutorials all over the net on how to use Photoshop
and there are also some that would cover specific techniques

i pretty much learned by fooling around, so i think that would be a good start

you could start asking questions when your stuck on something
