Help with utilizing a torrent file

I am trying to torrent a file that runs off a 'private' link through the following site: http://adbt.ath.cx/ and am having alot of trouble because the entire site iz in German of all things. .....I don't speek German!!!!!! So I waz woundering if anyone could walk me through the proccess of getting this torrent up and running from previous experience. I have been able to navigate through the site slowly by copy-pasteing what is written onto babelfish online transtlator and figuring out, through the badly mutilated grammer, what the hell it says. If anyone here knows how to work a private torrent and leech from it, your assistance is requested. Thank you.
