homemade pumpkin pie

hey everyone, as you know it is thanksgiving (well it starts tomorrow, so this is a little late). when thanksgiving rolls around, my mom likes to make pumpkin pie, and she makes it from scratch. and i mean she goes out and gets a pumpkin, and grinds it up into pumpkin stuff for pie, and she also makes the crust from scratch to. we put some butter, flour, and iced water in a bowl, mash it all up, and voila! pie crust! we got enough mix for like 8 pies, but we made two. we are gonan save the rest for the festive holidays. XD
