I draw this one when I am really really bored

This is some picture of mine.

I know it is really really bad.
Because I draw it when bored in my Note book
But can you told how to make it better?

The only thing I see here is those skull drawing like those I saw in One Piece...

Try to start off by drawing human figure, I'm sure there's a lot of reference here that you can refer to. *cough*hentai*cough*

As i always say to new artists on the block, try to COPY off artists you like as much as you can. Do it many many times. Like, 4-5 sketchbooks worth. And you'll definitely make it.

It's as if you've combined Death Note and One Piece. What's wrong with you!!
