I found this guy to be awesome.

the main villain of the game, he starts off as a side kick of the protagonist's uncle, ryoutaro dojima a detective. He helps dojima on his current investigation which is the murder crime which always happens after a foggy day at inaba, at the end of the game, it turns out he's the main perpetrator of the whole foggy murder crime and is probably one of the best villain i've ever seen because i never even suspect that he's the main villain because of his bright and cheery personality though he's kinda twisted when he showed his true nature
