Internet speed problem

This just happened recently.
My browsing and direct download speed dropped to the ground at 5kbps, But my Torrent speed is still at 50 kbps (for me this speed is normal)

So whats the problem?
My ISP?
My connection?

that happens because you visit fakku and fap instead of fasting

bad days,i suppose.
happened to me about a week ago,but it came back to its normal spped the next day.

Could be your ISP, more likely the server from which you are downloading.
