is 1060 High Carbon Steel considered good?

what the topic name says, i was looking at swords the other day just for the hell of it and i know that 440 is shit but i was wondering is a sword made out of 1060 High Carbon Steel considered good?

and if this doesn't belong in th SD could it moved to somewhere more appropriate in the forums

Yes, it's very good steel used in a lot of swords and cutlery. Depends on how well it's made though.
