iTouch stream problem

Ugh, so I have a new iTouch and when I was trying to stream videos... It just appear black with something blue in the middle... It seems that I am missing a plug-in or something like that (but, as far as I know, plug-in were meant for computer use only)... What should I do so that I can stream videos online (other than YouTube)
