Just a catchy tune

I already shared this on IRC earlier, so if you took place in that conversation, you've already heard it.
I listen to Pandora all the time, and what I like about it is if you're just listening to it idlly, sometimes you'll go 'oh! I know that song!' and realize you never knew who played it, so suddenly you have an artist and a song title to go with the tune you remembered.
The tune was this:
Some of you may think the beginning is familiar, Gibbous did, and it reminded me it came from this song:
If there are older versions of it, I'm unaware of that - so as far as my knowledge goes that would be the original.
