Aye. The elbows, the collarbone, the neck and the fists look too bony and masculine. You gotta soften the curves bro, it's a lady.

Woops didn't see you fixed it. Still, it can be alot better. Soften the curves! ^^ Try making them simple and smooth.

A lot of it is the pose, I think...the way I positioned her hands isn't exactly natural, now that I'm looking at it(this is what happens when you don't use references...).

Thanks for the advice, you guys. I think this is the second peice I've posted here, and you guys don't hold back on criticism(which I like)! I'll go back to the proverbial "drawing board" and work on something else...I've done all I can with this one, I think. :)

You might also want to vary your line thickness. Right now they are all the same thickness so it looks really flat, but using thinner lines in conjunction with thicker ones to show space will help your drawings out as well.
