Judo stuff is good but doin it without yar fully cleared mind, relaxed muscules and inner attantion, is as stupid as fuck. Yo got to understand the connection, gal, connection between yar BODY n YOU. and The connection is that
there is no connection.
You are your body. and. Your body is you. You affect yar body. N yar body affects you. Respectivly. YOU ARE ONE.
Understand that yar a woman on the outside but on dem inside yar a forming blood, meat, muscles, liquids, organs and bones with only difference of having a pussy and tits. By every day you form yar body be it sitting, walking, jumping, lying, eating, breathing, shitting and it is always in constant forming state. It's ALIVE. but you just don't notice it by fucking your attention with different thinkings, work, sufferings and other social and private life-survivings.
