Megaupload/rotic uploadlimit

so it is just me or is the uploadspeed at megarotic/upload limited now.

Cause I wanted to upload something but could only achive a ~ 42 kb rate instead of my 120kb.
I also tryied rapidshare and I can still upload at 120 kb there only megaupload/rotic is so fucking slow now.

I haven't noticed any change in either up or down speed.

I still upload at 20 megabytes a second. It hasn't changed for me. Tho sometimes it will drop to 50KBs which is annoying.
