Impressions?

I'd say it was pretty epic, with a few downers.
"The Unforgiven III" was probably the biggest dissapointment, it wasn't really that good at all, no to mention that it didn't feel/sound like "The Unforgiven" at all, they could've might as well named it whatever else and go with that instead.

Best was probably "All Nightmare Long", "Suicide & Redemption", "That Was Just Your Life" & "The Day That Never Comes", but this changes all the time.


So does anyone else have some thoughts about it?

it has unforgive 3 on it , it must be worth buying jus for that at least

It's not out in stores yet, it's out on the internet cuz some french store "accidentally" started selling it two weeks early lol, and a few fans got ahold of it before they realized their mistake.

Lower your expectations, that's all im gonna say.

The Judas Kiss and That Was Just Your Life are the only songs that really stand out to me.

I heard "The Day That Never Comes" on the radio and thought it wasn't that great, though it was still better than their St. Anger shit. I also heard "My Apocalypse," and I thought that one was much better. Still not worth my money though. I'm afraid I'll never buy another Metallica album again, which is a damn shame, since I have all their albums up to St. Anger. But that album sucked so hard, and I don't want a repeat.
