Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 problem

I just got the Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Step by Step after reading a bit i installed the practice files.Then i went to chapter one and it said to double click the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 icon that is in the same file with the practice files.I looked but its not there then i re-checked the install instractions and proccess,checked the files in the CD but i still could not find it so that's what i ask you to help me with thank you in advance.
