Yep, they're blocking Foreign IPs, it seems like they're playing what other people thinks about the bans

Maybe I should start writing a Plea Letter (or more like a demand letter lol) before it can implemented in the actual law. It's kinda ridiculous to actually implement it in law, but then again, the ban on lolis was like that too IIRC
Following the lead of minori and yuzusoft, the VisualArts Visual Antena website has also blocked foreign IPs, displaying the message “PLEASE PLAY THE GAME OF YOUR COUNTRY IF YOU PRAY FOR THE WORLD PEACE!:-)〔 to foreign visitors.
As of writing, only Visual Antena seems to be blocking foreign IPs and the websites for brands under VisualArts are still accessible.
It seems it is definitely the new trend to block off all foreigners!
Also minori has apparently been using their block to urge foreign visitors to write to the Japanese government through the government website. I hope polite informed comments were being sent instead of emotional mail centering around kill and rape.

Well, the certainly could have undertaken more drastic measures, so when I think about that it makes me a little more at ease. It isn't as though this is going to stop the underground eroge market, or those who normally would purchase them. Not a bad method to direct attention away from themselves while not interfering with those who enjoy them.

aren't they doing it too much... we all know that foreigners are the ones patronizing EROGE and without them those materials are likely to be left out... they should have thought of this decision a lot longer than just imitating other EROGE company's actions...
there would still be some who can get through this... and eventually they will decide to UN-block the site...

loli isn't banned or the party van would have hit most of this site harder than Hurricanes in the Big Easy.
The Supreme Court deemed that part of the Protect law null and void...the only reason they kept up the ONE prosecution of it was because real Child pornography was mixed in with the charges...and any chance of letting that pedo get off was something the courts didn't want to get involved with.
The real problem is in countries like France, Germany, and other Pan European countries.

Probably doing it to "save their ass" in this rape/loli ban in their country. 'cause Heaven forbid if they get more out to the US etc. due to some hacker.
