He is a wonderful wordsmith with beautiful ideas swirling around his head.


My favorite song by him. His freestyle is equally amazing if not better.

Mos Def is fucking sexy.

He was good, until he started acting.

It's not that his skill was reduced, or that the producers "got him" (okay, maybe). His songs since then just lack the polish that the others had.


I wish for the days of "Black on Both Sides" and "Black Star".
