The optimal solution is to perform a detox cleanse of the digestive system. The detoxification process will require you to visit the toilet often. So be prepared for it, clear your schedule and it is best to stay at home during the day.
Drink water from the morning till mid-afternoon, this will thus stop repeated urination urges during the night. I drink my homemade drink every morning to detox:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ginger juice
½ cup 100 percent pure organic
pineapple aloe vera juice
½ cup warm, purified water
Start by adding 3.5 oz. of filtered water in a pan and warming it up, careful not to boil it.
Then pour it into a glass, add the sea salt, and stir well.
Afterwards, add the ginger, lemon, and pineapple juice, stir it well and drink it right away.
