My dream to make a video game titled R.E.D.

So ever since about the 7th grade I wanted to make a manga titled Right Eye Dragon, I look back at it and see how awfull it was titled. Then a few months later i came up with a main character design and other characters as well, by the time I hit my High School Junior year I had already decided to change it into a video game, At the current I'm trying to find a good college I can go to so I can make video games, I've already had computer graphics class in my junior year. The name Right Eye Dragon has been changed to Righ's Eternal Dirge, the main characters name was accidental, originally meant to be Hikaru, I mispelled Right and forgot to put in the "T" I thought Righ sounded better so now thats his name, I didn't know that the title in short spelled RED, took a while to hit me. I plan for it to be a trilogy, and in the 3rd one, the main character finaly confesses his love to a girl he's known for almost three years, I plan for the screen to go black there, fades back and shows Righ buckling his pants and shows a the girl slightly nude but covered in a blanket to imply they had sex, which they did, Then he leaves alone for the final boss fight. Then a plot twist happens and the game ends and then a spin-off happens with his son and its another trilogy titled S.I.N. Just wanted to know, think I could make this a real game?

I think that you'd have to explain the gameplay before any decision can be made on whether you can make it. At the moment it sounds like you've basically outlined the end plot of a manga. That's not a bad thing but if your focus is a great story then it'd be nicer for you to write a novel.
In the end, a great game is a focus on great gameplay. Graphics, story, and sound are all just additions to create more immersion to enhance the game.
