do you connect the comp to any weird hardwares during the bluish screen? cuz i used to connect a modem and got tons of those...throw the modem away, problem solved.

well...probabaly a hardware problems..or maybe just like 2nd post says..

Yeah, you might have any hardware, connected to your PC, a USB connected like an Ipod, Camera, phone, etc.

Instead of posting that error code. Please post the file that is having the error. Excample: win32k.sys is blah blah blah. I'll be able to help more from there.

This problem may occur if you installed the NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS Compatible Transport protocol on your computer and you are using the Driver Verifier Manager to troubleshoot your Ndis.sys driver's Special Pool feature.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.
