need help picking up a tablet

i need help picking a good tablet for a budget around of 350-400

mmm... I can't really think of any that cheap, I done my fair share of research on tablets and the cheapest one I saw was from HP; touchsmart. At stores like best buy etc I remember it being around 400ish I think, but I'm not sure if the sale is still going on. Right now its about 700ish on the official on the hp site. Personally I'm going to save to get one of the higher end tablets mabye from Fujitsu or possibly dell for school and arts.
