A thread named alternate realities doesn't sound like maybe it's talking about the same exact thing?

Yes, I even stated that they were technically the same thing in that thread.

I would say parallel universes are very real,but one must first understand that the physical laws time,space,nature,and the very fabric of existence can change in these universes meaning any thing and every thing is very possible.Just by the very thought I believe one can create a new universe and never realize it no matter how strange this thought may be.

If that's the case than in theory it should be possible to create a universe that has "sliders" or people who travel in between these parallel realities, in such case I could say that one of these nice characters would pop right in front of me right now, however because it doesn't happen it can't be possible. Then comes in a second theory, if sliders DO exist then in theory it's not supposed to be possible to have two of the same people in the same universe at once, meaning one of the two would ultimatly end up "canceled" in a way of speaking. Again quantum physics (if this is where the parallel universe theory is found) are much like the bible, most of these theories can't be proven. Only several have indeed been considered scientific fact. However it is also said that if we have sliders then it should indeed be possible to use a black hole combined with a white hole (it indeed has the opposite effect of a black hole in which case it forces matter outwards but again it can't exist in nature, or at least this universe for that matter also I've heard ideas that it could be the "end" of a black hole or rather the exits so to speak) are supposed to make it possible to somehow travel in the diffrent dementions. Again though my field isn't really in quantum physics, but instead in hardware so I don't really now all of the mathmatics and theories behind it. Sorry for such a long comment. -_-

Isnt that like splitted outcomes of different choices you make and etc. Like theres a another you created when you make a choice and another you that is living the past, but someone that is living the past while you live your present doesnt qualify as paralled i guess.

But i still think that you probbly need to gain a higher level of perception by living in the upper dimension to be able to prove that fact.
