Photo Viewing software

could you recomened something simple and easy to use
if possible can it be one where it uses the scroll on the mouse to scroll through the photos?

XnView or Irfanview.

People tend to like one or the other, both have almost the same features.

i use ACD see 9 and windows photo viewer.. for one that can use scroll on it.. urr, maybe IrView..

I use CDisplay to view collections of pictures. It is especially well suited for viewing manga (can also read zip/rar files)

Irfan view is the best 4 me^^
