Power Outages

So I'm sitting in my room reading the handbook for my new job and its windy outside, normal for this time of year. I notice what I think is a large branch falls to the ground. Being the guy to move large branches I get my coat and go outside. When I get outside I notice that the branch was in fact the top of a small dead tree and its laying in the road (I still haven't got a good look at a piece, but at least 3in. in diameter at the break.) Being the nice guy I am, I go to move them out of the road, but my mom tells me to stop because there is a fire. Thats when I look up and see the remainder of the tree leaning against the power lines. She goes and dials 911 while I, like the dumbass I am, watch as the lines burn though the tree. About 30 seconds go by, then the tree, the wire and/or the fuse box thing explodes. And I can think of a few ways to describe it:

*Welding
*A nuke (like how they say that the mountains around the first one lit up brighter then during the day)[/list:u]Anyway I'm glad that I wasn't looking at it when it went. Naturally, the power got shut off and as my family came home they went into no power mode, which involves us all sitting in the living room saying whatever comes to mind in a heart warming as hell kinda way thats still funny. But then the power came back on and now here I sit, typing this.

So what did you do with your day?

As bad as that situation was, that must've been a cool experience. :? I don't know if that sounds assholish or not.

I masturbated several times, worked out, and contemplated hiring an agent for my profession so I could an actual job.

I enjoyed having power.

Gee, sure is nice to just masturbate whenever you want, eh? Same thing goes for lighting, warm food, refrigeration, Anime, and Music.

Though, the explosion sounded cool. A really fun thing to try is to try and film an electrical explosion. Soo much interference that it actually looks really cool. It makes the screen turn different colors for a few seconds.

I had a lightning bolt hit a tree not 10 feet away from me. Not really that interesting. :/

Yes, it is nice, fun, wonderful and cool.

I woke up to a bloody nose, and went back to sleep. Just to be woken up an hour later with my friend at the door, we walked around and got yelled at by some Indian guy that sells bongs and bowls, "Watchu doin'? You no buy? Get the hell out of my store!"

Wanked, watched two movies, ate dinner, uploaded some games and is currently watching "Ramsay's Boiling Point" on YouTube.

As far as the weekend goes, was out of commission with the flu. xP

This morning I got decked by a grapefruit, however.

Got it out of my fridge and was headed out the door, tossing it in my hand, but betwen the kitchen and the living room is this like doorway without a door thing; I guess I tossed it up just right cause it clipped the top of that doorway thing, and zoomed back at my forehead knocking back flat on my back. My family nearly died laughing.
