Problem to download

Guys i got a problem i hope someone can help me, 3 days ago i installed ESET SMART SECURITY NOD32 4 on my computer, since then i got a lot of problems to download stuff, for example when i try to download a movie here via MU, i reach 99%, after that appears an error, i try to translate the best i could, it says: "error to copy file, cant read from disk or origin", something like that.
The fact here is that i can download small files like files of 6mb or less but big files like this always got problems. I know that this post isnt for this but i expect that someone could give me a hand.

i also used to get that a lot, never found out why though. ever since i started to use idm for downloading it never happen anymore.

that problem occured to my pc a while ago but nod32 has nothing to do with it...

No you are right, its internet explorer problem, i started to download with firefox and had no problem since yesterday.
