Why is volume 1 ten thousand dollars on Amazon and the next cheapest $400?

Out of print and someone on marketplace is price gouging. I found it for 12 on jet and 25 on ebay

Well I mean you can buy a used copy of volume one or 376 copys of volume 2 they are both the same price
