Maybe it's just me, but I am REALLY fucking sick of seeing Personals sites that look interesting only to say "Sure, you can look, but that's it. Sorry you found that girl less than 10 minutes away, but we need your money."

Did you create an account? Guess what you can do for free: get matched, see other users contact info, leave comments, and send private messages. Free. No cash value. Forever. Never ending. If you would have created an account, you would know that.
For pay you'll eventually get some of the little silly extras that just kind of make it more fun, like winks or a list of crushes, plus you see a few more 'reasons for matching' in your results - helping you know WHY you've been matched to someone.
I, Ryan Kopf, wrote the site, it's all custom, not from any company that makes a thousand dating websites. Obviously getting money will make the website better: I could afford some Google Ads, ads in convention program books, and to attend conventions to hold our 'Otaku Speed Dating' and other panels. I've also made a convention website that goes hand in hand, that was actually my first project, then someone suggested the anime dating site.
Please try it out... if you like it, maybe you could convince Fakku! to put an ad for us on the Love/Romance forums...

I had wondered if he was joking myself, or being all ironical. I noticed a bunch of people coming in my Analytics from Fakku.net, and had thought "Uh, huh?". I did not know of that post in advance.
Even though we all know I would love to make money (being a supervillian is expensive!), I can't really say "Sorry you found that girl less than 10 minutes away, but we need your money" until I have enough girls for their to be one 10 minutes away [Note: I don't actually plan on doing that, ever... but I can daydream]. There's over 200-250 people since starting this June.
