Akiyama won by split decision, was hoping he would finish, but that wasn't the case. The fight was pretty close, don't know why Rogan thought Belcher was "robbed".
Bisping walked right into Hendo's right fist. He was out for a long time.
GSP went 5 rounds for the win over Alves. GSP injured his groin in the third round, but managed to get the takedowns and control him.
Brock and Mir end up on the ground. Brock controls Mir's wrists and lands punches to the face. Mir is out cold in the second round. Brock sure likes playing the bad guy.
First time I got to watch a UFC PPV and I enjoyed it completely.
My fellowcountrymen Pierre owned that Alves dude. I no expert but I can clearly see when one person is better than the other.
The Lensar/Mir fight had me laughing on the floor the whole time. My friends are ig MMA fans and they were pissed when the official stopped the match. That shit was awesome.
I also didn't know Lesnar was a big heel in real life. Who knew?
Man, I'm seriously starting to get into this MMA thing. I can see why a lot of people love it.
I watched UFC 100 too (on my laptop). My friends were screaming in anguish as the official stopped Brock Lesnar from pummeling Frank Mir (my friends betted $5 for Mir and only 2 of us betted for Lesnar). But I was not surprised by Lesnar dissing the crowd - if there was one thing Brock took from WWE, it's knowing how to play with the crowd.
The other matches were good bouts as well.
^_^ Probably Mir was just lucky Brock was a greenhorn the first time they met. Mir didn't change his strategy; Brock changed his, avoiding some potential reversing grips and preventing Mir from getting a breather.
