Silva's win was awesome he was like going with griffins punches and then bam a clean hit and forrest goes does down... so thats why griffin run to the lockers after the fight...
The Penn and Florian fight did leave up to the hype bj was just waiting for the right moment and when he took florian down and got on top you knew that it was over and with the submission it did...

I actually found the fight surprising since Griffin made no attempt to shoot for a takedown; I personally feel that even though that Silva has an excellent ground game, he's uncomfortable on the ground compared to standing up. And the fight should have been stopped with the second knockdown, Griffin was rocked too much by that point already.

It was hard to see Griffen go down like that, but its Silva were talking about. He's crazy good. The only ones I think would be a match for him would be GSP, Georges St-Pierre or Lyoto Machida.

Yeah, unbelievably good. But not unbeatable; if Henderson didn't gas he might have won a decision, same with Lutter.
Let's see Henderson gets the next title shot, then the winner of Marquardt/Maia. That leaves 1 fight. I honestly believe that Machida and Anderson are open to fighting one another, regardless of their present statements. A catchweight bout at 195 would settle the question.

Ahhh it was tough to see that happen to Forrest. One of my favorite fighters. But the way he fights just falls so easily into Silva's hands. His aggressive way of brawling just makes it so easy for Silva to counter him. Man, Silva is just a tough son of a bitch. An absolute monster. He makes great fighters look bad.
