Video Editor Software

Anyone know of a good Video Editing Software?
One like Windows Movie Maker or iMovie but with more features and details.
Possibly freeware!

Why am I asking? Because I've always wanted to make 'remixes' of videos or even make myself a 'Youtube Poop' though I can't find a good enough video editor.

Well, Premiere Pro is what I've always used on Windows. It's a very good Video Editing software. It's not freeware though.

I'm not entirely sure what that entails, and what you are looking for; but Avidemux might be interesting.

I'm using Sony Vegas as my video editor and maker...
But it isn't for free though...

BUt for my Linux, I'm using Avidemux...

Adobe Premiere Pro for Video editing.

ubuntu studio comes with free video editing tools.

I Use Sony Vegas, Its usually recommended for beginner's and there is also tutorials for them. It's not free but there's a Trial Version available at the their website(I'm assuming it's still there).
Buying it would cost about $99.
