Just a little something i learn from my friend he says this one is sued to monitor the pings on the comp = internet connection speed and the statsu of the line i dunno anyone care to explain ???

ping is basically a way of saying to a server, hey are you alive while view some different stats about your line.
the "-t" tells the command to keep trying to receive a response from the server. and the ip is the external address that DNS servers use to let other pcs find that specific server. You can find more info about the ping command by going to:
