Can't some of these fuckers question whether it's even fair to enforce such a law. This shit deserves a massive facepalm. And whoever came up with the law deserves multiple pine cones up their ass.

I'm pretty sure that they are right when they say that that law is unconstitutional. But more than that, it is a law that, if effective, would sentence many homeless people to death by starvation. I imagine this law is supposed to be an incentive to get the lazy homeless of their asses and find jobs, ignoring the fact that, left alone, it's virtually impossible for them to get jobs. Even to work at McDonalds you need a home address and you need to look well enough that people will eat food you handle.
I am not at all a moral, decent, or kind-hearted human being, but even I think this is pretty fucking cold.
