Holy shit... since I've been off work "healing" --- I've watched a lot of Maury. That is too fucking funny! We made it a drinking game... every time the were NOT the father, we drank... damn, i was drunk by noon.

There was a woman my mom worked with at a nursing home here, and she went on Dr. Phil whom is more credible then Maury or worse, Jerry Springer - and she was on there because of her abusive behavior at home. She wanted help for it.
She lost her job, despite never being abusive at work, because she was put out on day time TV and she was on there for abusive behavior at home, she could be abusive at work. I think there's too much to lose by going on TV admitting that you have a problem. Your identity is out there, and you'll forever be judged as that person with that particular problem even if you get it straightened out.
There's no reason why someone has to go on national television for a pregnancy test - it's just for attention whores, who are already whores.
What's the lesson in this? Don't sleep around? Okay, same message for the next 20 people that show wanting test results.
But, I think if I had one it would be a sex addiction, or perhaps since I'm single a fapping addiction. :roll:

I think you underestimate the allure of being able to appear on television. especially to the average American shit-kicker. the great unwashed will submit themselves to any sort of humiliation in exchange for being able to have their fat, moronic selves appear on television.
