WinBlueSoft Virus

WinBlueSoft... omfg. My Dad was a complete moron and installed this into his laptop. Now his laptop it 1000 different types of fucked up. I've spent hours using tons of sites recommendations burning Malewarebytes into a disc using Spyware Doctor everything. Simple problem when I use Spyware Doc is that it won't allow me to use it unless I do a Smart Update but they Smart Update won't allow me to use it because of connection errors. I turned off the firewall directly connected the laptop from the modem made sure I had no proxy on. Still nothing. With Malwarebytes it just doesn't work. Period. Double click it nothing comes up. I can't afford to buy another laptop for my dad and he can't afford one himself anyone got a recommandation themselves?

Depending on your internet provider, you might have access to free McAfee. Mcafee sucks, but it's better than nothing.

There's also Norton. Again, sucks, but better than nothing.

Other than that, if theres no super-important files on the computer, you can boot it back to factory-defaults.

Just google "Factory default" and then the computer model to find out how.

Those two do not work as they do not reconize this because it's a Rouge Malware Program. I've tried every anti malware so far. It's been nearly 18 hours of me fucking around with it. I tried reinstalling XP to the system with the disc seeing as how this laptop does not have a recovery part. Welp. Time to smash it.

A ComboFix is fine too. Just download and run.

Sorry,but I thought that your laptop got virus in everywhere,like in HD,RAM,VGA,Processor,and many more .
Just 1 thing .
Consult with the manufacturer and reset them all into the basic setting .

No matter how much protection, no matter how good the anti-virus suit, it will make no difference if the idiot behind the keyboard still goes around clicking random links or willingly puts himself at risk.
It's like having all the protection in the world against landmines and then running blindly into a minefield.

What I suspect the "Computer Doctor" did was run the same or another anti-virus suit on your computer, "fixed" the problem and then charged you 50 bucks for it.
